### 5. Przekazywanie danych poza EOG

Resend przechowuje dane konta, w tym metadane wiadomości, logi i zapisy API, w Stanach Zjednoczonych niezależnie od regionu wysyłki. Treść wiadomości może być dostępna w panelu usługi. Resend wskazuje standardowe klauzule umowne Komisji Europejskiej jako mechanizm dla odpowiednich transferów z EOG.

Cloudflare świadczy usługę w globalnej infrastrukturze. Dane techniczne związane z hostingiem i Turnstile mogą być przetwarzane poza EOG. Cloudflare udostępnia dodatek dotyczący przetwarzania danych i mechanizmy transferowe obejmujące standardowe klauzule umowne. Korzystanie z bezpłatnego planu nie oznacza przechowywania danych wyłącznie w Niemczech.

### 6. Okres przechowywania

Korespondencję przechowujemy przez czas potrzebny do obsługi zapytania i działań następczych, a następnie tylko tak długo, jak jest to niezbędne do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń. Jeżeli zapytanie prowadzi do współpracy, dane związane z realizacją i rozliczeniem usługi są przechowywane przez okres wymagany przez obowiązki prawne, podatkowe i rachunkowe oraz przez właściwe okresy przedawnienia. Resend deklaruje standardowe przechowywanie danych wiadomości przez 30 dni. Dane techniczne są przechowywane zgodnie z okresami właściwymi dla usług Cloudflare i wymaganiami bezpieczeństwa.

Podanie danych jest dobrowolne. Imię i nazwisko, e-mail, temat i treść wiadomości są wymagane przez formularz, ponieważ bez nich nie możemy zidentyfikować zapytania i udzielić odpowiedzi. Numer telefonu jest opcjonalny. Weryfikacja Turnstile jest wymagana, aby chronić formularz przed automatycznymi nadużyciami.

Nie podejmujemy wobec osób wysyłających formularz decyzji opartych wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu i nie profilujemy ich. Turnstile automatycznie ocenia sygnały techniczne wyłącznie w celu odróżnienia prawidłowego ruchu od nadużyć; wynik służy zabezpieczeniu formularza, a nie ocenie oferty lub klienta.

How personal data is processed when you use betweenfunds.pl and its contact form.

The website does not provide online sales, a newsletter or marketing profiling. Personal data is processed to handle enquiries, prepare a response or proposal, and keep the website and contact form secure.

### 1. Data controller

### 2. Data we collect

The contact form collects your full name, e-mail address, subject and message and, if you provide it, your telephone number. When you use the website, infrastructure providers may process technical data required to deliver and secure the service, such as the IP address, device and browser information, and diagnostic data.

- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — transmission of form messages to the contact mailbox;
- the e-mail provider used by BetweenFunds — receipt and storage of correspondence;
- authorised persons and service providers supporting website maintenance or handling the enquiry, only to the extent necessary for those tasks.

### 5. Transfers outside the EEA

Resend stores account data, including message metadata, logs and API records, in the United States regardless of the sending region. Message content may be available in the service dashboard. Resend identifies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as the mechanism for relevant EEA transfers.

Cloudflare delivers its services through global infrastructure. Technical data associated with hosting and Turnstile may be processed outside the EEA. Cloudflare provides a data processing addendum and transfer mechanisms incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses. Use of the free plan does not mean that data is stored only in Germany.

### 6. Retention

We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and afterwards only for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If an enquiry leads to work, data connected with delivering and accounting for the service is kept for the periods required by legal, tax and accounting duties and applicable limitation periods. Resend states a standard 30-day retention period for message data. Technical data is retained according to the periods applicable to Cloudflare's services and security requirements.

### 7. Whether data is required

Providing data is voluntary. Full name, e-mail address, subject and message are required by the form because without them we cannot identify and respond to the enquiry. The telephone number is optional. Turnstile verification is required to protect the form against automated abuse.

### 8. Your rights

To exercise your rights, contact kontakt@betweenfunds.pl. The availability of each right depends on the legal basis and circumstances of processing.

- access to your data and a copy of it;
- rectification;
- erasure or restriction where the legal conditions are met;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- data portability where processing is contract-based and automated;
- lodging a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

### 9. Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make decisions about people submitting the form based solely on automated processing and do not profile them. Turnstile automatically evaluates technical signals only to distinguish legitimate traffic from abuse; the result secures the form and is not used to assess a proposal or customer.

### 10. Cookies and browser storage

Because the website does not use optional analytics or marketing tools, we do not display a consent banner or a cookie-settings link. The chosen language is stored to implement the user's preference; it can be changed with the language switch or removed through the browser's site-data settings.
